GYMGUYZ is hiring Certified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to work directly with clients in their homes, residential communities, workplaces, and other convenient locations. You’ll work with a wide variety of people, goals, ages, and ability levels while being supported by an established local fitness company. That includes: Assessing individual fitness needs and goals Developing customized exercise programs Coaching safe and effective workouts Conducting periodic reassessments Tracking progress and documenting sessions Providing motivation and accountability Managing your assigned schedule responsibly Using mobile technology for programming, client notes, and communication Working collaboratively with other GYMGUYZ professionals Maintaining a consistently professional client experience Our team operates according to five core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence - DRIVE What We're Looking For You should have: A nationally recognized personal training certification such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or comparable credential Current CPR/AED certification Reliable transportation Willingness to travel locally to client appointments Comfort using mobile apps and web-based platforms Excellent communication skills Strong professionalism and reliability Genuine enthusiasm for helping people improve their health and fitness Experience is valuable, but equally important is your ability to connect with clients, adapt your coaching, and represent the company professionally.
