Role Description Commercial Cleaners at OZone Cleaners perform routine and specialized cleaning tasks to maintain client facilities in a clean and safe condition. This full-time, on-site role in Parma, OH includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Responsibilities also include trash removal, surface disinfection, cleaning glass and entryways, and restocking supplies as needed. Team members follow established safety and cleaning procedures, properly use cleaning equipment and chemicals, and report any maintenance or safety issues. The role may involve working early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on client schedules, and requires reliable attendance and consistent performance.
Qualifications

Ability to perform general commercial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, safe chemical handling, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to follow checklists and written instructions.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry cleaning materials and equipment throughout a shift.
Reliable transportation to the work site in Parma, OH and willingness to work full-time on-site schedules.
Professional, respectful demeanor when working around clients, staff, and visitors; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial, along with a stable work history and strong commitment to workplace safety.
