A leading middle-market investment bank is looking to add an Associate to its growing FIG M&A team in New York.
The team advises financial institutions and financial services businesses across buy-side and sell-side M&A, strategic advisory and other complex transactions.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a growing platform where you’ll have meaningful transaction responsibility, direct senior banker exposure and regular client interaction.
The team covers a broad range of financial services, including:
You’ll be involved across the full transaction lifecycle, including financial modelling, valuation, pitch development, CIMs, management presentations and transaction execution.
The Candidate
We’re looking for an Associate with 2+ years of investment banking experience, ideally with FIG / financial services M&A experience.
You should have:
