Essential Skills
Why Work Here?
You join a fast-growing construction team that invests in long-term employee ownership and financial growth. Once you become a permanent employee, you receive $25,000 in equity that vests over four years, with 25% vesting after the first year and 6.25% vesting every quarter thereafter. This structure provides meaningful upside and aligns your success with the success of the organization, while offering steady hourly work with overtime opportunities and support for travel through per diem and housing.
Work Environment
This is a field-based, construction-focused role working primarily on industrial and data-center build projects rather than operating plants or facilities maintenance. The role is hourly with overtime and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts during critical construction and energization periods. You travel 80% or more on a rotation to active construction sites, with per diem and/or housing provided while on site. Work is physically demanding and performed at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions.
